Section 8. Officers of University.

This Act was repealed on 26 September 2011 by Tamil Nadu University Laws (Amendment and Repeal) Act, 2011 (Tamil Nadu Act 20 of 2011), s.33(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
8. Officers of University.— The University shall consist of the following officers, namely:- (1) The Chancellor; (2) The Pro-Chancellor; (3) The Vice-Chancellor; (4) The Directors; (5) The Chairmen of Faculties; (6) The Registrar; (7) The Finance Officer; (8) The Controller of Examinations; and (9) Such other persons as may be declared by the statutes to be officers of the University.
