Section 10. Pro-Chancellor.

This Act was repealed on 26 September 2011 by Tamil Nadu University Laws (Amendment and Repeal) Act, 2011 (Tamil Nadu Act 20 of 2011), s.33(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
10. Pro-Chancellor. - (1) The Minister in-charge of Technical Education shall be the Pro-Chancellor of the University. (2) The Pro-Chancellor shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be conferred on him by or under this Act. (3) In the absence of the Chancellor, or during the Chancellor's inability to act, the Pro-Chancellor shall exercise all the powers and perform all the duties of the Chancellor.
