Section 5. Ownership of apartments.

This Act was repealed on 6 March 2024 by the Tamil Nadu Apartment Ownership Act, 2022 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 2022), s.31(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
5. Ownership of apartments.— Each apartment owner shall be entitled to the exclusive ownership and possession of his apartment in accordance with the Deed of Apartment executed and registered in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
