Section 13. Repeal and saving.

This Act was repealed on 24 August 2011 by the Chennai City Police (Extension to the Chennai City Suburban Area) Repeal Act, 2011 (Tamil Nadu Act 22 of 2011), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
13. (1) The Chennai City Police (Extension to the Chennai City Suburban Area) Ordinance, 2008 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
