Section 64. Rules when to have force of law. Powers of Government exercisable from time to time.

64. All rules made by the 1[Government] under this Act shall be published in the 2[Official Gazette] and in the official Gazette of the districts affected thereby, and shall thereupon have the force of law. Such rules may be cancelled or varied by like notification. All powers conferred by this Act on the Government may be exercised from time to time as occasion requires.
