Section 88. Authority to whom Audit Report is to be submitted.

88. Authority to whom Audit Report is to be submitted.—After completing the audit for any fasli year or shorter period, or for any transaction or series of transactions, as the case may be, the auditor shall send a report— 1[(a) to the Commissioner, in respect of maths and specific endowments attached to maths ; (b) to the Joint Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, in respect of institution included in the list published under section 46 ; and (c) to the Assistant Commissioner in respect of other institutions.]
