Penalties – Any employer who contravenes any of the provisions of section 3 or 5 shall be punishable with fine which, for the first offence, shall not be less than five hundred rupees but which may extend to five thousand rupees and for the second and subsequent offences, shall not be less than five thousand rupees but which may extend to ten thousand rupees.]
