Section 13. Fees and allowances to non-official members and invitees.

13. Fees and allowances to non-official members and invitees.— The non-official members of the Board or of any of its committees and the invitees to the meetings of the Board or of any of its committees shall be paid such fees and allowances, as may be prescribed in the rules.
