Section 17. Power of the Board to spend

17. Subject to the provisions of section 18, the Board shall have power to spend such sums as it deems fit on purpose authorized by this Act; Provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed to prevent Board from spending, with the previous approval of the Government, such moneys as it thinks fit on any such purpose outside the State of Tamilnadu.
