Section 27. Members, Officers and other servants of the board to be public servants The Tamil Nadu Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1959

27. The members, officers and other servants of the Board shall be deemed to the public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act XLV OF 1860).
