14. Person to assist Inspector.- (1) The Government may, appoint such number of technical and other persons as may be necessary, possessing such qualifications as may be prescribed to assist the Inspector. (2) The powers and functions and other terms and conditions of service of persons appointed under sub-section (1) shall be such as may be prescribed.
