Section 23. Supervisory powers of Lokayukta.

23. Supervisory powers of Lokayukta. – The Lokayukta shall, notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, have the powers of superintendence and direction over the Director of inquiry in respect of the matters in so far as they relate to the inquiry under this Act.
