Section 4. Execution of detention orders. THE TAMIL NADU PREVENTION OF DANGEROUS ACTIVITIES OF BOOTLEGGERS, CYBER LAW OFFENDERS6, DRUG OFFENDERS, FOREST-OFFENDERS,2 GOONDAS, IMMORAL TRAFFIC OFFENDERS, SAND OFFENDERS4, SEXUALOFFENDERS,7 SLUM-GRABBERS AND VIDEO PIRATES3 ACT, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 14 of 1982)

4. A detention order may be executed at any place in the State in the manner provided for the execution of warrants of arrest under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974)·
