Section 17. Supply of copies of by-laws, etc., to members.

17. Every registered society shall supply to any member, on application and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, a copy of— (i) its by-laws ; (ii) the receipts and expenditure account; and (iii) the balance sheet.
