Section 27. Filling of special the resolution

27. A copy of every special resolution for any of the purposes mentioned in this Act, signed by an officer of the registered society, authorized in this behalf by its by-laws shall, within such period as may be prescribed from the passing of the resolution, be filed with the Registrar.
