Section 45. Appeals.
THE TAMIL NADU SOCIETIES REGISTRATlON ACT, 1975
45. (1) Any person aggrieved by an order— (fl) refusing to register a society or any amendment of the memorandum or by-laws of a society ; or (b) cancelling the registration of a registered society; or (c) made under sub-section (4) of section 36— may appeal, if such order is that of— (i) the Inspector-General of Registration, to the Government ; or (ii) any other person, to the Inspector-General of Registration. (2) Any person aggrieved by any order made by a liquidator may appeal to the court. (3) Save as expressly provided in this Act, orders made under this Act shall be final and conclusive. Explanation.—-for the purposes of sub-sections (1) and (2), " person aggrieved " includes a registered society.
