Section 5. Objects of University

5 The University shall have the following objects, namely: (a) To impart education in different branches of veterinary and animal sciences as the University may determine; (b) To further the advancement of learning and prosecution of research in veterinary and animal sciences; and (c) To undertake the extension of such sciences to the rural people in co-operation with the government Departments concerned.
