1. (1) This Act may be called 2[the 3Telangana Allopathic Private Medical Care Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2002.]
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of 3Telangana.
(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
