Section 13. Court competent to try offences under this Act.

The Telangana Allopathic Private Medical Care Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2002.

13. No court inferior to that of a Metropolitan Magistrate or a Judicial Magistrate of the First Class shall try an offence punishable under this Act.
