Section 8. Offences cognizable. The Telangana Animals and Birds Sacrifices Prohibition Act, 1950.

5[8. Notwithstanding anything in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, any offence punishable under this Act shall be a cognizable offence within the meaning of that Code.]5
