Section 4. Composition of the Board.

4. 8[(1) The Board shall consist of a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman and such number of other members as may be considered necessary, to be appointed, by notification, by the Government.] (2) The appointment of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and the other members of the Board shall take effect from the date on which it is notified in the 10Telangana Gazette.
