44. In a suit for relief under section 14 of the Religious Endowments Act, 1863 (Central Act 20 of 1863), or under section 91 or section 92 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act 5 of 1908), the fee payable shall be fifty rupees.
