Section 13. Superintendence of Court on application of owners.

13. Any owner may apply in writing to the Government to have his property placed under the superintendence of the Court, and the Government may, on such application, if it is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest and for the benefit of the applicant’s family to protect his property, and that the said property is of such value that economical management by the Court is practicable, order the Court to assume the superintendence of the property and notify accordingly in the 23[Official Gazette].
