26. Any guardian, manager or any other employee of the Court, shall be deemed to be a Government servant for the purposes of 28[Chapter IX of the Indian Penal Code, 1860] and the word “Government” used in the definition of “legal remuneration” in 29[section 161] of the said Code shall, for the purposes of this section, include the Court within its meaning.
