Section 52. Court not liable for expenses.

52. When a suit is instituted in a Court in respect of any property of the ward under the superintendence of the Court, and the title of the ward to such property is lost by reason of a decree of the Court, the expenses incurred in the course of litigation, shall be paid from any other property of the ward.
