Section 155. Fees and costs chargeable.

155. Fees for— (a) every notice issued under sub-section (3) of section 147, (b) every distress made under section 152, and (c) the costs of maintaining any live-stock seized under the said section, shall be chargeable at the rates respectively prescribed in the rules made in this behalf and shall be included in the costs of recovery to be levied under section 148.
