Section 38. Resignation of President or Vice-President or Member.

38. The President, Vice-President or any member may resign his office as such President, Vice-President or member by giving notice in writing to the Board: Provided that no resignation tendered by the President, Vice-President or member shall take effect until it has been accepted by the Board.
