43. (1) The Board may from time to time, appoint out of its own body such Sub-Committees consisting of such number of members as it may deem necessary and may refer to such Sub-Committees for enquiry and report or for opinion such other matters relating to the purposes of this Act as it shall think proper and direct that the report of any such Sub-Committees shall be submitted to the Board. (2) A Sub-Committee may, from time to time, by a resolution supported by not less than one half of its members co-opt for the transaction of any particular business, as members, any persons who are not members of the Sub-Committee. (3) Co-opted members shall not have the right to vote and shall be liable to be removed by the Sub-Committees by a resolution supported by not less than one half of its members.
