Section 19. Classification of educational institutions.

19. The educational institutions shall be classified as follows:- (a) State lnstitutions, that is to say, educational institutions established or maintained and administered by the Government; (b) local authority institutions, that is to say, educational institutions established or maintained and administered by a local authority; and (c) private institutions, that is to say, educational institutions established or maintained and administered by any 30[XXX] body of persons registered in the manner prescribed.
