Section 70. Appeal from the award of the arbitrator under section 68 in respect of amount.

70. Any person aggrieved by the award of the arbitrator under section 68 may, within sixty days from the date of such award, prefer an appeal to the High Court: Provided that the High Court may entertain an appeal after the expiry of the said period of sixty days, if it is satisfied that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from filing the appeal in time.
