Section 85. Welfare of employees and their code of conduct.

85. (1) The Government may appoint a joint consultative committee, consisting of the representatives of the Government, managements and employees of educational institutions to deal with matters pertaining to welfare of those employees. (2) The Government may, 58[XXX] prescribe the code of conduct and duties of those employees.
