Section 28. Penalty for willfully obstructing fire fighting operations.

28. Any person who wilfully and without any reasonable cause obstructs or interferes with any member of the service who is engaged in fire-fighting operations shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both.
