Section 69. Government may delegate powers.

69. The Government may, by notification delegate any of the powers conferred on them by Sections 18, 19, 21, 24, 25 and sub-section (2) of section 61, to the Chief Conservator of Forests, or to such other officer or authority as they deem fit.
