Section 22. Citation of enactments.

22. (1) Where any Act is to be cited, it may be cited with its short title or its number and year. (2) When a certain provision of an Act is cited, it may be cited by reference to the section and sub-section in which the provision is contained. (3) Where any portion of an Act is cited, the citation shall, unless a contrary intention appears, be deemed to include the words in the beginning and end of that portion.
