Section 181. Report and statement to be laid before the Assembly.

181. (1) The Commissioner shall forward a copy of each of the report and statement prepared by him under section 180 together with a copy of the Committee’s review to the 245[Local Administration] Department for the purpose of being laid before the Legislative Assembly of the State. (2) On receipt of such report and statement the Secretary to Government, Local Administration Department shall with such comments, if any, as he may deem necessary to make thereon take steps to cause the said report and statement to be laid without delay before the Legislative Assembly.
