Section 235. Refund of water-tax inadmissible unless application for stopping water supply has been made. The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955.

235. No refund of water tax shall be claimable except from such time as a written application shall have been made to the 286[Water Supply Engineer] to stop the water supply to the vacant premises.
