Section 256. Refund of octroi on export.

256. (1) When any article upon which octroi has been paid shall be exported from the city, the full amount of the octroi so paid shall, subject to the provisions hereinafter contained, be refunded. (2) Such refunds shall be paid under such bye-laws as shall from time to time be framed in this behalf.
