Section 333. Power to open ground, etc., for purpose of such inspections and examinations.

333. For the purpose of such inspections and examinations, the Commissioner may cause the ground or any portion of any drain or other work exterior to a building or with the approval of the Standing Committee, any portion of building which he shall think fit, to be opened, broken up or removed: Provided that in the prosecution of any such inspection and examination as little damage as can be, shall be done.
