Section 43. Appointment of election agents.

43. (1) Every person nominated as a candidate at an election may 120[in such manner as may be prescribed] appoint in writing some other person to be his election agent. (2) When a candidate appoints some person to be his election agent he shall obtain in writing the acceptance by such person of the office of such election agent.
