Section 92. Resignations.

92. (1) The Mayor may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the Corporation; the Deputy Mayor may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the Mayor. Such resignation shall take effect in the case of Mayor from the date on which it is accepted by the Corporation and in the case of the Deputy Mayor, by the Mayor. (2) Any #[member] may resign his office at any time by notice in writing to the Mayor and such resignation shall take effect from the date on which it is accepted by the Mayor.
