Section 21. Duty of Board to undertake housing schemes.

21. Subject to the provisions of this Act and subject to the control of the Government, the Board may incur expenditure and undertake works for the framing and execution of such housing schemes as it may consider necessary from time to time, or as may be entrusted to it by the Government.
