Section 48. Duties of the Tribunal.

48. The Tribunal shall- (a) decide whether any compensation is payable under section 33; (b) decide the amount of compensation in matters referred to it under section 35; (c) decide disputes relating to betterment charges referred to it under section 42; (d) decide disputes relating to the reconstitution of plots referred to it under section 46 and the amount of compensation to be awarded in consequence thereof; (e) decide such other matters as may be prescribed.
