Section 57. Bar of jurisdiction of Civil Courts.

57. Save as provided in section 55, no order made by the competent authority or the appellate authority, in exercise of any power conferred by or under this Chapter shall be called in question in any Court and no injunction shall be granted by any Court or other authority in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any power conferred by or under this Chapter.
