82. No rule, order, direction, adjudication, inquiry or notification made or published, and no act done under the provisions of this Act or under any rules made under this Act, or which may be deemed to be in conformity to the same, shall be deemed illegal, void, invalid or insufficient by reason of not being in the prescribed form, or any defect in the publication or any irregularity of procedure.
