Section 1. Short title and commencement. The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008.
Act no. 8 of 2008 2008 In force Telangana (State Act)
1. (1) This Act may be called the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008.
(2) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by notification appoint.
