Section 60. Provisions not to override other laws. The Telangana Industrial Workers (Representation, Participation in Management and Relief) Act, 1998.

60. Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, the provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any other law for the time being in force relating to any establishment.
