Section 11. Formation of units. The Telangana Irrigation Utilisation and Command Area Development Act, 1984.

11. All lands comprising the command area under a pipe outlet shall form into a single unit for purposes of-
(i) systematic land development ;
(ii) maintenance and upkeep of irrigation system.
