Section 7. Vice-Chancellor.

7. (1) The Vice-Chancellor shall be the whole time officer of the University and shall be appointed 6[by the Government] in the manner specified in the Schedule. (2) The term of office, emoluments and other conditions of service, the powers and functions of the Vice-Chancellor shall be as specified in the Schedule.
