Section 24. Mode of recovery of sums payable into the Fund, etc. The Telangana Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1987.

24. Any sum payable into the Fund under this Act shall, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery, be recoverable on behalf of the Board as an arrear of land revenue.
