Section 121. Property of defaulter exempt from attachment.

121. All such property of the defaulter shall be exempt from attachment and sale under the preceding, sections as is exempt under the 157[Code of Civil Procedure, 1908] from attachment and sale in execution of a decree of a Court. The 158[Collector’s] order as to what property of the defaulter shall be exempt from attachment and sale shall be final.
